Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Florence Eve jewellery. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in their original condition with all packaging intact. To start a return, simply email us at hello@florenceeve.com with your order number and we'll take care of you from there.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is at your expense unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund - including shipping - straight away.

Custom & Personalised Items

Items that have been engraved or personalised are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

These are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. Simply return your item for a refund and place a new order for the piece you'd love instead.

International Orders

Please note that customs duties, taxes or fees are non-refundable on international returns.
